Picket Fence Houses is owned and operated by a true local San Diegan. Amanda White was born and raised in San Diego. After attending and graduating college in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, she returned to work in Social Services to help those with special needs. She then started a franchise business in Vista. She finally landed in real estate starting Picket Fence Houses to help people reach their goal in finding their ideal home.
As a Realtor, Amanda is a both a buyer’s agent and a selling agent. She also works with First Time Home Buyers or Investors. Amanda understands the challenges of today’s market. She has developed the knowledge to operate successfully. The current San Diego market is dominated by Short Sales and REO’s (bank owned properties).
